Round 1 - Subzonal Round - only Western Asia. Determinate the teams for Zonal Round.

Round 2 - Zonal Round - 10 teams Progress. (Western 4, Central 3, Southeastern 2, Eastern 1). New Zeland progress as only team from Oceania.

Round 3 - Final Round - 5 seeded teams + New Zealand + 10 Zone Winners in 4 Groups of 4 teams.

Winner of each Group qualify to World Men 2014.
